6. Skip the news and listen to an inspiring audiobook or podcast.

7. Play happy music.

8. Write in your journal or sketchbook.

9. Call a good friend.

10. Cuddle or play with your pets.

12. Simply close your eyes and notice your breath. Go ahead, do it right now.
